Using a Footnote or Name card
There is another way that you can use to convey the related information about an event that by using a footnote for this purpose. Using a footnote means that you can print the time and venue for the event at the bottom left or right corner of the invitation in relatively smaller font. Most of the people opt to add a name card with the graduation announcement. This card contains your (graduate’s) name which is normally printed in the same ink color and font style as that of the main invitation. It is not necessary to use the same color rather you may also use any other color of your choice in order to make the invitation more colorful and worth looking.
